Job Description:

Themerox is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer at Themerox, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing user interfaces for our WordPress themes and digital products. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and other designers to create seamless, engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression on our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Interface Design: Design visually stunning and functional user interfaces for websites, web apps, and other digital products.
• User Research: Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to gather insights and improve design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new digital products and features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure the designs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
• Iterative Design: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are fully responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices.
• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve the user experience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure the visual and user experience aligns with Themerox’s brand identity

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Design Tools: Strong experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• User-Centered Design: A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
• Responsive Design: Experience designing responsive websites and mobile apps.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to typography, color theory, and layout.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with developers and other team members effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address user experience challenges.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus, to communicate effectively with developers.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates your UI/UX design skills and process.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with WordPress themes and page builders like Elementor.
• Experience in user research and data-driven design.
• Familiarity with design systems and creating design libraries.
• Experience in creating motion graphics or micro-interactions.
