Job Description:

Themerox is seeking a creative and driven Content Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will oversee the content strategy and execution for Themerox, focusing on creating valuable content that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and attracts organic traffic. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to develop and promote high-quality content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a content marketing strategy that aligns with Themerox’s brand and business goals.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Write and manage blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, social media content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
  • SEO and Content Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines, ensuring maximum visibility and ranking potential.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee content for social media channels, creating engaging posts and campaigns that grow our following and engagement.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Ensure that all content reflects Themerox’s brand voice, messaging, and values, maintaining consistency across all channels.
  • Lead Generation: Develop content that drives lead generation, increasing conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze content performance, using analytics tools to monitor engagement, optimize content, and report on KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work with design, development, and product teams to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and product launches.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of content marketing experience, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a proven ability to produce high-quality content.
  • SEO Expertise: Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research to drive organic traffic.
  • Social Media Strategy: Experience managing social media accounts and creating content tailored for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to track content performance and KPIs.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think creatively while also executing a data-driven content strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo.
  • Content Distribution Knowledge: Experience with content distribution channels such as blogs, social media, and paid media.
  • Video Content Creation: Experience in creating and optimizing video content for YouTube and social media platforms.
  • Understanding of WordPress: Experience with content management systems like WordPress.
