Job Description:

Themerox is looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance websites and web applications. Whether you specialize in frontend or backend development, your work will ensure that our digital products are fast, responsive, and user-friendly. You’ll collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to bring innovative digital experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Backend Development: Design and implement robust back-end systems using PHP, Node.js, or other server-side technologies.
• Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and other web services.
• Collaborate with Design Team: Work closely with UI/UX designers to turn designs into functional, high-quality websites and applications.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure web applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and security.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of all web applications.
• Cross-Device Compatibility: Ensure websites and apps are responsive and perform well across all devices and browsers.
• Version Control: Use Git and version control systems to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Maintain Documentation: Write clear and comprehensive documentation for all code and systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in web development (frontend or backend).
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Backend Technologies: Experience with server-side technologies like PHP, Node.js, or Python.
• Database Knowledge: Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• API Integration: Experience in integrating APIs and working with third-party services.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git and experience with GitHub/GitLab.
• Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and mobile-first approach.
• Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing web applications for speed and performance.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with WordPress: Experience working with WordPress and its theme/plugin development.
• Knowledge of Frameworks: Familiarity with back-end frameworks like Laravel, Express, or Django.
• Experience with DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and server management is a plus.
• SEO Best Practices: Understanding of SEO best practices and their integration into web development.
• Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
