At ThemeRox, we constantly strive to guarantee customer satisfaction with the product they’ve purchased from ThemeRox. If the user/customer faces any trouble with the functionality of ThemeRox’s premium products, or believe that they are faulty, the user is humbly requested to report the defective product in the forum post, and our team will assist the user as soon as possible. We will request for a link and/or screenshot of the issue in case of any damaged theme, so we can send it to our support service.

We will not offer any returns/refunds for digital products, unless the product is:

  • Completely non-functional.
  • And the user posted a post for support in the forum, and didn’t get any response and/or assistance in 48 hours (business days only)
  • And/or the product description was completely misleading.


Only then the user will have the option to request a refund.

ThemeRox also reserve the right to refuse a refund for the following situations:


  • The user changed their mind about an item/description.
  • The user purchased an item by mistake and the product(s) was already sent/downloaded by the user.
  • The product was bought by the user’s employee or inmate from the user’s PayPal account to which they had legal access.
  • The user refused our support staff access to their website for the investigation of our product which they’re having issues with.
  • More than 7 days have passed and no assistance was asked for in our forum regarding that particular purchased product.
  • ThemeRox do not offer refunds for any item that the user purchased at a discounted price. The products that are bought at a special price (e.g. promotion/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.
  • No refund will be offered for any products (even when bought at regular price) while any discount offer is running on ThemeRox website. The user’s refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.
  • ThemeRox offers full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment when the payment is made by the member. In this case, ThemeRox reserves the right to enquire about the refund and also reserves the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.

Please note that:

The user may cancel their account at any time, however, no refunds will be offered for cancellation.
If the user wishes for a refund, they will not be able to use the downloaded premium product anymore.
If the product is still damaged after updates, we may offset the amount of the refund by the diminished value of the product.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
