We sell and provide WordPress products which subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). We update our products without any prior notice.

You can review the most current version of the T&C any time from this page. By purchasing or using any of our WordPress products (Themes), we will assume that you have read, understood and agreed to the T&C described below.

Theme Licensing & Usage :

All of our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later.

Product Updates :

You will receive updates of our products if you make an individual product purchase, and if product licence is still active.

For free themes, you will be eligible to receive latest updates when we release them (updates) at WordPress.org or any of our download channel.

We develop our themes to work on self-hosted WordPress sites. You can download our themes from www.themerox.com and WordPress.org. We design and develop our products to be compatible with the latest version of WordPress. However, in case of older themes, we cannot guarantee themes to function with future versions of WordPress. Our themes support the latest web browsers including (but not limited to) Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 9+.

Theme Compatibility :

It is our duty to always keep the themes up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. We develop themes for WordPress 4.0 or higher. Any version prior to 4.0 may face problems with some theme functionalities. The minimal requirement for our products is the same as WordPress:

Currently PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5.0 (requirements).

Browser Compatibility:

Our themes support all modern web browsers including (but it is not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 8 & 9.

Ownership :

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of ThemeRox. Furthermore, we provide our products “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages. Which includes, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Third Party Links :

We do not, and will never sell or rent out any of your valuable information or user account data to any third-party. Nevertheless, we may share your information with third party vendors so they can provide their services to us. These include vendors that help provide our services to you, e.g. Payment providers, analytics providers, etc. Please note that, we cannot be held accountable for any misuse of your information by these third party vendors. We mainly use your information and user account data to process orders, prevent fraudulent activities, create invoices and to contact you via email.

Photos Copyright Info and Others Credits :

When viewing the theme demos you will see several photographic images are using. These photos serve as example images only and are not included in the download. We do not provide theme packages with any copyrighted photography. The photos used for the demos are purely for demonstration purposes, and are used to give the visitor a functional preview of what the theme will look like once content has been added. You are responsible for adding your own thumbnail images.

Refunds :

We offer full refunds within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that you may not claim refunds simply because you don’t like the product, you’re inability to use our product, or in case of accidental purchases. Refer to our full refund policy for the more details.

Warranty :

Our products are provided to users “as they are” without any sort of warranty, expressed or implied. We guarantee our products to function properly upon proper user installation, activation and options configuration. We do not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party plugins. Please ensure the browsers in use are compatible for ThemeRox products as we cannot guarantee themes to be compatible for all browser combinations.

We are not authorised to give stock pictures and certain genuine kind textual styles (TTF) that may utilise on any or the majority of the provided formats. These require the your own, or any purchase from their particular proprietors.

Members will have access to the forums. We do not commit to monitor the discussions on the forum, but rather we hold the rights to react and answer the inquiries.

Definitions :

The term ‘lifetime’ in the context of our plans, means lifetime of the product. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at anytime and for any reason.
