You can go to pages and add a new page as a blog but this page will have all the features like header options and layout like other pages. So you need to set the page as a blog page.
Navigate to Setting > Reading to set the page as a blog page. Under the Your homepage displays option select A static page. Now from the Post Page dropdown menu select the blog page as the posting page.
Click on the Save Changes button when you are done.
